Sales Xbox One: 10 Tips for the Black Friday of Microsoft

The Black Friday has finally arrived and, as every year, offers Microsoft us countless discounted titles to meet every possible need. What is surprising is that in this case there are strong price cuts even for the latest games.

Basically, we are faced with a very large catalogue of games and, therefore, I would recommend something personally.
If you already know what to aim for, I'll send you back to the list of games on sale anyway.

Otherwise here are 10 tips to make good purchases

Assassin's Creed

Assassin's Creed is one of those sagas that have accompanied us with more pleasure in these last two generations of consoles. From the first, unripe chapter that saw Altair protagonist to the great and recent return with Bayek, the saga of assassins has thrilled millions of players.

On Xbox One , thanks to remastered, retrocompatibility and current gen titles you will have the chance to play the whole saga!

The Ezio Collection - 20€
AC Triple Pack (Black Flag, Unity, Syndicate) - €33
Assassin's Creed: Origins - €48.99
Assassin's Creed: Origin (GOLD Edition) - €79.99
Assassin's Creed: Rogue (Retrocompatible) - €6.59

Dishonored

Dishonored, the work of Arkane Studios, is one of the IPs I've been most passionate about in recent years and is, without a doubt, a stealth saga with flakes. We recently had the chance to return to Karnaca as Billie Lurke for the review of Dishonored: Death of the Outside.

This is an essential series for fans of the genre, well made and widely replayable. The "Complete Collection" package is a must buy with a stellar value for money!

Dishonored Complete Collection (1 + 2 + Death of the Outside) - 32€
Dishonored Definitive Edition (1) - 10€.
Dishonored 2 - 20€
Dishonored: Death of the Outside - 15€

Wolfenstein

One of the best single player FPS of the last years has recently arrived on the market. William Joseph Blazcowicz has just returned to bring justice to the Nazi dominated world painted by the guys at MachineGames.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, as our review shows, is a remarkable title that sets new standards for FPS from a narrative point of view. If you haven't got your hands on this saga yet, now's the time!

Wolfenstein: The New Order (1) - 10 €
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood (prequel to the first) - €10
Wolfenstein: The Two-Pack (1+Prequel) - 15€
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (2) - €35
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Digital Deluxe Edition (2+ Season Pass) - €45

The Witcher

The Strigo now needs no introduction. The third installment of The Witcher saga is considered by many as one of the best RPGs of the generation and one of the best games of the modern era. Geralt of Rivia has delighted us with a monumental and extremely long-lived title. On (which Xbox One , moreover, you can also play the second and excellent chapter thanks to the retrocompatibility!

Logically, given the quality and longevity of the expansions I suggest you take advantage of the excellent price of the GOTY version. You won't regret it!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY - €20
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Expansion Pass (DLC Package) - 12,50€
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings (Search the store) - £4.49

Deus Ex

Remaining on the subject of the best titles ever made, the first Deus Ex is considered one of the best RPGs ever. With the "new management", ie the first two chapters of this modern trilogy that deals with the events of Adam Jensen, we are still facing excellent chapters. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is available in backwards compatibility and is a very interesting title from the past generation while Mankind Divided is the commercially unfortunate (but good) current gen chapter.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution (retrocompatible) - €2.26
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 10,50€
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Digital Deluxe (with Season Pass) - 15€

Tomb Raider

Tomb Raider is another IP object of "rejuvenation". The 2013 reboot was a title that gave a new face to the most famous tomb explorer in the world of video games and, overall, a good title in many respects. Rise of The Tomb Raider, title that has been in console time exclusive for 1 year on Xbox One , is a cinematic game, fascinating and very good from the point of view of gameplay. In short, if you're looking for an adventure, the company of Lara is mandatory!

Tomb Raider (2013) Definitive Edition - 7,50€
Rise of The Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration - €19.80

EA athletes

Electronic Arts has put a lot on the fire in recent months with quality and potentially very long-lived titles. Fifa 18, as you can read from our review, is a great game again this year. Discounts are available on all EA titles and if you like driving titles too, you could do a double with the new Need For Speed! For other titles like Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1, I recommend the great package offered by EA with EA Access!

Fifa 18 - 41,99€
Fifa 18 Ronaldo Edition - 53,99€
Fifa 18 Icon Edition - €59.99
Need For Speed Payback - €41.99
Need For Speed Delux Edition - €53.99
EA SPORTS FIFA 18 and Need for Speed Payback Bundle - €77.99

Prey

Prey was one of the titles that most surprised me this year. Arkane Studios has made a very deep title, with textbook level design and fascinating narrative. Freedom of action, multiple endings and over 20 hours of gameplay for a sci-fi experience to remember. We're definitely looking at one of the most rewarding single player experiences of the year and, at this price, it's a must buy! Still not convinced? I refer you to my very personal review then!

Prey - 20€

The Elder Scrolls & Fallout

Although for many it is known as Bugthesda, we still speak of one of the most important software houses (and even publishers) in the gaming world. The two core series, The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, are the masters Xbox One of the game, thanks to backwards compatibility (with significant improvements on One X for Oblivion and Fallout 3), remasters and new titles. If you can turn a blind eye to a few glitches, you'll have hundreds of hours of gameplay on your hands!

Fallout 3 (backwards compatible) - €4.94
Fallout New Vegas (retrocompatible) - €4.94
Fallout 4 - 20.09€
Fallout 4 Season Pass - 25€
Fallout 4 Goty - €35
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - 20€

The Evil Within

The Evil Within is one of the most interesting horror franchises of recent years.
The adventure of Sebastian Castellanos began with a very good crossgen title and has continued in a sequel that, although it has lost some of the "sick" factor of the first chapter is much more refined in the gameplay mechanics and from the technical point of view.

The atmosphere is still very good and it's a title that, personally, I really liked.
If you want to know more I refer you to the review of our Eleonora!

The Evil Within - 6,60€
The Evil Within Season Pass - €5.99
The Evil Within Digital Bundle - 15€
The Evil Within 2 - 35€

Don't forget that if you don't subscribe to Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass, you can buy 1 month's subscription for 1€ each!
