The legendary spear named Trident of Poseidon is one of the best weapons of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey . It is a weapon that increases the Warrior's damage and the probability of making a critic, also allowing you to breathe underwater. It is a great tool to help you explore underwater places, as it allows you to dive for an infinite time. If you want to get it, you'll have to visit a remote location and fight against some dangerous beasts. In this guide, we'll show you where to find Poseidon's legendary Trident weapon.
Where to find Poseidon's Trident weapon
The trident can be found in one of the legendary chests. You'll find it at the Temple of Poseidon, on a small nameless island in the far east of the map. The island is located south of Chios and north of Samos. The chest is easy to see because there is a large statue of Poseidon on one of the rocks.

Once you arrive, you will have to fight several level 41 lions before you can loot the chest. One of them is an Alpha, so be careful. When you've defeated them, open the large decorated chest in the middle of the temple and you'll get the spear.
How to breathe underwater infinitely
If you look at the stats on the spear, you'll notice it has an advantage called Breathe Underwater. This means you'll be able to dive for infinite time while your spear is equipped. More importantly, by upgrading your spear, you'll unlock the underwater breath enhancement, which you can use on any weapon you like. This means you can even change weapons and still maintain your ability to stay underwater for as long as you like.
Of course, this means that you'll be prevented from upgrading that weapon with a potentially better perk, so you should think carefully about how useful this ability can be compared to others.
