Great workout with your kids

My kids bought this for me for my birthday and I bought a second copy as a gift for my sister in law. We dance almost every day. My 2 year old daughter begs to dance and my 4, and 9 year old boys love it to. It wears them out while giving me a chance to exercise with them. I get a real cardio burn from this which surprised me. I thought it would just be fun but it is as good as high/low impact aerobics in getting your heart rate up. As for the "game" it is a lot of fun and even if you can't do the moves "just dance" and have a good time. My 10 year old consistently beats me and my 2 year old tells me when I am not doing the right move and tries to help by showing me how!
